Adrienne Barbeau as Catwoman (so smooth), Alan Rachins as Clock King, Michael Ansara as Mr. Freeze (who expertly delivered some very poignant moments), Diane Pershing as Poison Ivy, John Vernon as Rupert Thorne (talk about a voice making the man!), Dana Delany as Andrea Beaumont, John Glover as the Riddler (cemented my idea as the Riddler as clever and calculating, although I also enjoy Frank Gorshin’s madcap Riddler tremendously), Roddy McDowall as the Mad Hatter, George Dzundza as the Ventriloquist, Bob Hastings as Commissioner Gordon, Robert Costanzo as Harvey Bullock, Loren Lester as Robin… I could go on. Part of me wishes Rocksteady had taken advantage of bringing back Mark Hamill and Kevin Conroy for the first two Arkham games to have even more actors from the show appear.

I should point out that the person who composed the majority of the music for Batman: The Animated Series was Shirley Walker, who did an absolutely tremendous job. I’m not sure if she or Danny Elfman did the original BTAS theme– I think you’re right and it was Danny– but Shirley did most of the others.
